KOLA ALAPINNI
Partner
Kola has wide ranging international education and working experience. He has attended the Universities of Jos, Ibadan (LLB 1999), Pretoria (South Africa), Essex (the oldest international human rights programme of its kind in the world), United Kingdom, McGill University Canada (Executive programme in CSR Strategy and Management) and the Nigerian Law School. His LLM dissertation was titled: Tracing the boundaries: Corporate Social Responsibility, Spheres of Influence and the case of the Niger-Delta area of Nigeria.
He has worked in both the electronic and print media as a TV presenter and the Law Editor of a national newspaper. He is a veteran of many Joint Venture Oil prospecting crews in the Niger Delta where he was a managerial staff in the legal and community affairs departments of oil companies. He has also worked in the UK for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, National Express East Anglia and the world’s largest firm, Clifford Chance LLP. He cut his legal teeth as a trainee with George Etomi & Partners, Port Harcourt and Kenneth Ayavga Law Firm in Makurdi.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Asssociation, International Intellectual Property Law Association and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists.
TINA HANIS ARIMAH

Tina is a qualified lawyer with 16 years post call experience. Tina has worked in the private sector in various roles in microfinance, corporate governance and at the Nigerian Human Rights Commission. In addition to her legal training, Tina is a chartered mediator.
Tina is passionate about development issues, human rights and alternative dispute resolution. She is also the founder and chief executive of Community Support for Internally Displaced Persons Initiative. This NGO has served Internally displaced persons in five of the biggest IDP camps in north-eastern Nigeria for the past 5 years distributing relief materials.
Tina’s areas of expertise include Adoption, Child welfare and abduction Commercial law, Legal secretarial services, mediation, human rights enforcement and NGOs.
Onyinyechi Cindy-Ogah Chikwere
Associate
Onyinyechi is a lawyer with seven years of post-qualification experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and is deeply passionate about the intersection of law and reproductive rights. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Director of the Advocacy for the Protection of the Reproductive Rights of Women, an NGO committed to the advancement and protection of Nigerian women's reproductive rights through advocacy, education, empowerment and legal representation.
She is particularly interested in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and in ensuring the full protection of human rights during ART treatments. Her focus is on promoting legal and ethical compliance within ART practices, ensuring that such transactions operate strictly within the confines of the law. Her work reflects a strong passion for promoting reproductive justice and protecting women’s rights.
